Terms for using the ESMFold2 Tools guide, source links, and browser-local utilities
2026/05/29
These Terms govern your use of ESMFold2 Tools, a third-party guide and browser-local toolkit for ESMFold2 learning, source navigation, starter-code generation, and local preparation workflows.
By using this site, you agree to use it responsibly and to verify scientific and implementation details against official Biohub, GitHub, Colab, model-card, paper, or platform sources before acting on them.
ESMFold2 Tools is not operated by Biohub and does not represent Biohub, GitHub, Hugging Face, Nature, or any other linked third party.
Official model details, API behavior, licensing, acceptable-use rules, and platform guardrails should be confirmed through official sources.
The Track A MVP provides content and browser-local tools. It does not run hosted ESMFold2 prediction, proxy Biohub APIs, collect private Biohub tokens, store biological sequences, or return newly generated structure coordinates.
Generated code is starter scaffolding only. You are responsible for verifying imports, model IDs, package versions, parameters, and output handling before running code.
Content and tools on this site are educational and informational. They do not provide clinical advice, therapeutic recommendations, experimental validation, or drug-development conclusions.
Predicted structures and confidence outputs should be reviewed by qualified users and, where appropriate, validated by experimental methods.
You agree not to use this site to:
Hosted prediction is not available in the Track A launch. If a future Phase 2 service is launched, it must have updated terms, privacy language, payment rules, data retention rules, and biosafety screening before accepting prediction jobs.
Site text, layout, and tool code belong to ESMFold2 Tools or its contributors unless otherwise stated. Linked third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.
Biohub, GitHub, Hugging Face, Nature, and other names or marks are referenced only to identify sources and are not partnership claims.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any specific research, commercial, clinical, or regulatory purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing official sources and deciding whether a workflow is appropriate for your use case.
We may update these Terms as the product scope changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
