Overview

ESMFold2 Tools provides browser-local ESMFold2 learning tools and an invite-only hosted prediction beta. Browser-local tools run in your browser. Hosted prediction sends your submitted protein sequence to our server and GPU provider so we can compute a predicted structure.

We do not sell user data and we do not use submitted sequences or prediction outputs to train models.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Account information such as your email address and third-party sign-in profile.
• Billing and checkout metadata from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Hosted prediction data: submitted protein sequence, sequence hash and length, predicted structure text, confidence metrics, credits charged, provider status, and accepted policy versions.
• Biosafety screening logs, rate-limit logs, abuse-prevention records, server logs, and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Contact and support messages you choose to send.

Hosted Prediction Data

Hosted prediction requires processing biological sequence data. We use this data only to run the requested ESMFold2 prediction, return results, bill credits, screen for prohibited use, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.

The service is not intended for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or regulated decision-making.

Retention

For hosted prediction:

• Submitted input sequence is not stored as a reusable raw sequence in the job record. If temporary provider or server processing stores it, it must be deleted as soon as practical and no later than 24 hours after job completion.
• Predicted structure output and metadata are retained for up to 7 days for download and troubleshooting.
• Job metadata, sequence hash, credit records, policy consent records, screening logs, and abuse-prevention records may be retained for up to 90 days for accounting, safety, and support.
• Account and payment records may be retained as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and GPU inference providers. These providers process data on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety and security of users, the public, or the service.

Your Choices

You can choose not to use hosted prediction. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us. Some billing, security, and safety audit records may need to be retained for the periods above.

Cookies And Analytics

We use cookies required for authentication and service operation. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve reliability.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
