Privacy terms for the ESMFold2 Tools Track A guide and browser-local tools
2026/05/29
ESMFold2 Tools is a third-party guide and browser-local toolkit for learning ESMFold2, finding official Biohub sources, generating starter code, and preparing local examples.
The Track A MVP does not run hosted prediction and does not ask users to upload protein sequences, private Biohub tokens, structure outputs, or prediction results.
We may collect basic information that you choose to provide:
The free browser-local tools are designed not to collect biological sequences, Biohub API tokens, mmCIF/PDB files, PAE JSON, or generated starter code.
Inputs typed into browser-local ESMFold2 tools should remain in your browser session. The Track A MVP does not intentionally transmit those inputs to our servers for prediction.
You should still avoid pasting private Biohub tokens or sensitive unpublished sequences into third-party websites. Generated code uses placeholders and environment variables so secrets can stay in your own environment.
We use collected information to:
We do not use Track A browser-local tool inputs to train models, run predictions, or create public datasets.
Hosted prediction is not part of the Track A launch. If a future Phase 2 service collects sequences, runs ESMFold2 predictions, stores results, or charges credits, this privacy policy must be updated before launch.
That future policy would need to describe sequence handling, result retention, deletion workflows, payment processors, biosafety screening, and acceptable-use controls.
The site may link to third-party resources such as Biohub, GitHub, Colab, Hugging Face, Nature, Google Search Console, analytics providers, email services, or payment providers.
Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. ESMFold2 Tools is not responsible for third-party sites that you choose to open.
Contact and waitlist information may be retained while it is needed for support, product feedback, launch communication, security, and legal compliance.
You can request deletion of contact or waitlist information by using the contact page.
The site provides educational content and browser-local helper tools. It does not provide clinical advice, therapeutic recommendations, experimental validation, or drug-development conclusions.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
